Testimonials

"I thoroughly enjoyed the Black women mental wellness series that I participated in for eight weeks! It was so refreshing to connect with such beautiful and passionate ladies. I wish it had lasted longer! Casandra London is a gifted facilitator who truly has a heart for what she does, and I believe anyone who chooses to join any of her workshops will be better as a result of the experience. I enjoyed the poetry, journaling, meditation-videos, and enriching conversation. It was so valuable, especially during such an isolating time. I definitely recommend you sign up ASAP!" -

Alexandra

Thank you very much for facilitating these 8 weeks of black wellness. I was looking forward to the sessions every week. With all the challenges that we as black women are facing it was refreshing to come to a safe space and be able to be vulnerable and strong. You facilitated with class and truth. I truly appreciate it. Be well, stay positive and keep up the good work that you are doing.

I really enjoyed the variety exercises and journaling that over time allowed me to experience some important epiphanies about myself. While we are not a monolith, I loved the fact that this wellness workshop was for Black women because it allowed me to be a little more open than I would have been otherwise. I truly sensed Casandra's empathy for us participants, as well as a sincere love for and dedication to her work. Casandra ensured that we each had an opportunity to check-in and/out using the personal gender pronouns of our choosing. She always validated what we had to share, which was refreshing. I hope that this workshop will run again so that another group of Diasporic Black women can benefit from this much-needed soul spa during this devastating time of "dual pandemic" in our community.
